I don’t know where I got 1650 calories from! MYFitnessPal actually only wants me to have 1200 per day!

  1. Oh, dear God… Are you SURE you can’t ride? What is that, a handful of nuts, a few carrots, an apple, a banana and MAYBE some grilled chicken (no bbq sauce for you) for the whole day?!

    I retract my previous “couple of weeks”. Getting used to that is going to take a minute. Maybe you could do water aerobics, er sumthin…
